About this event

We are excited to extend this invitation for our 2023 International Women's Day celebration event on Thursday, March 9!

"International Women's Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. IWD has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not a country, group, or organization specific."

The theme for this year’s IWD is #EmbraceEquity. The IWD Celebration belongs to all groups, everywhere. We hope you will join us for this year’s event.

Please join us as we welcome keynote speaker, Lori Waran, president of Richmond Raceway, followed by a facilitated discussion with esteemed panelists.
